World Cultural Heritage Site

In June 2014, the Grand Canal of China was successfully listed as a World cultural Heritage site, and as part of the Grand Canal, Nanxun became a World cultural Heritage site. In July 2015, Nanxun Ancient Town became a national 5A scenic spot, covering an area of 4.3 square kilometers, and there are 15 cultural protection units at all levels in the region. Among them, there are 4 national key cultural preservation units (7 points), namely, Jiayetang Library and Xiaolianzhuang, Nanxun Zhang's old house complex, Zunde Hall, Ditang's old Road, Silk Industry Hall and Liu's ladder number; 11 municipal document protection units. Here there are temples filled with incense, mansions combining Chinese and Western styles, poetic gardens, book collections in Qinruojianye, hundreds of buildings built by the water, famous at home and abroad, stone arch Bridges of unique style... Provincial tourist resort

In September 2016, Nanxun Ancient Town was approved as a Zhejiang Provincial tourism resort, with a planned area of 37 square kilometers and an administrative area involving 3 communities and 16 administrative villages in Nanxun Town. It is bounded in the north by Ditang, in the south by Maoneedle Tang -- Donggang -- North Hengjing -- Shitang Port, in the west by Jianye Road -- Chaoyang Road -- Wanshun Road -- Xiangyang Road -- Xunlian Road -- Yangantang -- Xiaodong Port -- Xiangtian Port -- Jiuli Port -- Nanggang -- Beidou Port, and in the east by Shenzhuangyang -- Changsan Port, adjacent to Jiangsu Province.
